MCO GO: centralized lubrication for your workshop

From PIUSI’s experience in designing and developing fluid management systems for lubricants, comes the MCO GO: a brand-new plug&play system that allows you to manage and monitor the flow of oil and other fluids in your garage.

WHAT IS MCO GO?

MCO GO is a centralized fluid monitoring and management system. Through a central Control Unit, that manages the site, it’s possible to:

launch orders to have fast and precise dispenses of oil, lubricants, AdBlue®/DEF, antifreeze or diesel.
have a centralized fluid management to contain costs, time and waste.
monitor all transactions: ongoing, scheduled and pending;
control all the workshop’s operations in a simple and clear way;
print the info of each dispensing operation through the optional printer;
filter and export all data in .xlxs or .csv on a USB pen drive or through Wi-Fi (only with the Cloud Software MCO GO).

TO WHOM IS MCO GO DEDICATED?

MCO GO is designed for all workshops that want a centralized lubrication system without the installation of software or complex infrastructure.

MCO GO is designed to be PLUG&PLAY: just connect all the elements and the system is ready to dispense. MCO GO can handle up to 6 dispensing lines for every Control Unit installed: with no need for a Wi-Fi or LAN network, it is suitable for any kind of retrofit.

HOW MCO GO IS COMPOSED

The core of the system is the central CONTROL UNIT that allows you to manage the entire system. The CONTROL UNIT MCO GO kit also includes an 8 PORT SWITCH that allows you to connect all elements.

To this kit, you have to add:

as many GPV 2.0 as the number of dispensing lines;
the nozzle meter EASY VIEW (optional) or another dispensing nozzle;
the ticket printer (optional) to have a receipt of the latest operation for a paper copy of all data.

CLOUD SOFTWARE MCO GO

For those who desire or need to have a more detailed analysis of all data, it is possible to integrate the system with the Cloud Software MCO GO to:

filter the data by the most relevant information;
group the records according to different requirements;
verify the tasks on a daily or weekly basis for a better overview of all activities;
monitor the calculated tanks’ volume (Tank Watchdog);
export the results of every single day.
