Safety that starts from people
A good safety culture always results in a safe production process. At PIUSI, the first element we focus on to ensure safety is people: a secure collaborative network.
This is why we ask our employees to pay meticulous attention to all the details of their daily work; not only in terms of 'operability', but also in terms of the ergonomics of workstations, the presence and condition of PPE, the use of the appropriate materials - to name but a few - both for themselves personally and for colleagues and external workers.
Our UNI ISO 45001 certification is a guarantee of our care and commitment to offering all employees safe workplaces and a healthy environment.
Workplace Health Promotion
PIUSalute is a set of actions that PIUSI deploys in the company to engage all the employees who want to experience healthier lifestyles. Since 2019, we have been part of the WHP (Workplace Health Promotion) project: a network of companies committed to implementing good practices to promote healthy lifestyles in the workplace on a daily basis.
PIUSI Welfare: a focus on people
From remote working to the conversion of the performance bonus into welfare, PIUSI is increasingly focusing on the WELL-BEING of its employees and their families. Achieving the right work-family balance, making time for leisure and recreation, and promoting good psycho-physical health are issues that touch everyone's life and are more topical than ever today.
