MCO 2.0 is a centralized fluid monitoring system that allows you to control, monitor, dispense and measure all the lubricants and fuels that are dispended in the garage during a normal working day. All this from a single equipment.
To whom is it dedicated?
The fluid monitoring system MCO 2.0 is designed for all workshops that need a centralized management of all fluids. Not only oils or lubricants, but also diesel, AdBlue®/DEF or windscreen; just to list the main fluids.
How is it composed?
MCO 2.0 is composed of several elements connected via Wi-Fi or LAN:
- GPV 2.0: solenoid valve for fluid monitoring (only LAN connection).
- Control Unit: for the management of all operations of fluid dispensing;
- Dongle: that allows you to view all the tasks under control at a glance;
- Easy View 2.0: nozzle meter for oil;
- OCIO 2.0: tank level monitoring;
- SOFTWARE MCO 2.0: that allows you to have everything under control on the PC for a detailed analysis of the consumptions.
What are the advantages of MC= 2.0?
With the fluid monitoring system MCO 2.0 you can always:
- know WHO has dispensed the fluid: each operator has a unique code;
- know HOW MUCH fluid has been dispensed with precision up to the last drop;
- keep track of ALL TRANSACTIONS to ensure no portion of the completed work was forgotten or missing in the final billing to customers;
- avoid HUMAN ERRORS in fluid dispensing.
