VISCOTROLL VANE
Viscotroll Vane is a portable oil transfer kit. The AC version allows the oil transfer unit to be connected to any power socket without the need for compressed air.
PRACTICALITY AND SAFETY
Unlike other type of fluids, oil is thicker and requires a stronger pump during transfer. For this reason, the Viscotroll Vane oil transfer kit consists of the PIUSI Viscomat Vane AC self-priming vane pump, capable of ensuring a constant flow rate and consistency in the flow delivered with a low viscosity, up to 500 cSt, quietly and without pulse. The transfer kit comes complete with the PIUSI Self 3000 manual nozzle, and the 1" BSP suction pipe with bottom valve that guarantees a single direction for the flow of oil dispensed, to avoid any back flow or emptying of the system if the pump stops.
The 3/4" BSP delivery hose has a length of 4 metres for practical management of the system and operation with the Self3000 manual nozzle. The manual flow meter, available on request, allows the user to monitor the quantity dispensed.
