VISCOMAT VANE
The PIUSI VISCOMAT VANE is an AC self-priming electric vane pump for oil and diesel transfer, available in two versions: Viscomat 70 (25 l/min, up to 6 bar) and Viscomat 90 (50 l/min, up to 5 bar). Designed for fluids with viscosity up to 500 cSt, it is the right choice for applications requiring high suction capacity and reliable performance with medium-to-high viscosity fluids.

VISCOMAT VANE
Viscomat Vane is an oil and diesel transfer pump, available in the Viscomat Vane 70 and Viscomat Vane 90 versions. The available AC version is suitable for all those applications where it is necessary to apply a transfer system with high suction capacity in order to transfer fluids with medium-high viscosity.
HIGH PERFORMANCE
The high density of oil requires greater suction strength during transfer. The Viscomat Vane is available in two versions: the Viscomat 70 delivers 25 l/min at up to 6 bar, making it the preferred choice where higher pressure is needed; the Viscomat 90 delivers 50 l/min at up to 5 bar, ideal for higher volume applications. Both handle fluids with viscosity up to 500 cSt. The continuous operation ensures high suction capacity with pressure up to 6 bar. The asynchronous AC motor, on the other hand, is self-ventilated, closed and available in different voltages and frequencies, both single-phase and three-phase, in order to adapt to any working condition.
The Viscomat Vane oil and diesel transfer pump offers the possibility to regulate the operation with closed delivery, thanks to the application of the by-pass integrated in the pump body.
RELIABLE
The sintered steel rotor has resin vanes that provide good strength to the rotor during transfer. For greater safety of the oil transfer system, Viscomat Vane can be accessed from the pump side to ensure proper maintenance of the rotating shaft seal.
