EX100 - ATEX Transfer Pump
The PIUSI EX100 is an ATEX/IECEx certified AC vane pump delivering up to 100 l/min in continuous duty for the transfer of gasoline, diesel and kerosene in potentially explosive atmospheres. EX100
PIUSI EX100 is the ATEX/IECEx certified AC pump of the EX line, delivering up to 100 l/min for the continuous duty transfer of gasoline, diesel and kerosene in standard industrial and logistic applications requiring explosion-proof equipment. The directive on the use of materials in potentially explosive atmospheres is very precise, as confirmed by the ATEX certification. ATEX CERTIFIED QUALITY
The PIUSI EX100 Transfer pump is ATEX certified and complies with the current principles to prevent explosions inside or outside the pump, due to possible components that can trigger the transferred fluid or the surrounding atmosphere sometimes. PIUSI EX100 is safe, reliable over time and specific for the American market where ATEX certification is required in order to use transfer systems in potentially dangerous environments.
HIGH PERFORMANCE IN CONTINUOUS CYCLE
Together with the rest of the PIUSI EX range, the EX100 pump ensures high and particularly constant flow rates even when used in complex systems. The entire range is ATEX certified to ensure maximum safety even in explosive atmospheres.
The entire range is characterised by a high flow rate that works with a continuous duty cycle, and has been designed to be particularly suitable for heavy duty, i.e.for those demanding fleets that need to dispense fuels such as gasoline, diesel or kerosene quickly. Accessories are available for the whole line of new EX pumps, including: the remote kit, for the remote control of the electrical box with nozzle connection, and the fixing feet compatible with many applications.
