What is AdBlue® and why it requires specific equipment to be transferred?
AdBlue® is a mixed compound of water and urea. A chemical fluid that once injected in the catalyst of vehicles reduces the Nitrogen Oxides emissions thanks to the ammonia component that interacts with the Nitrogen Oxides to de-compose it in water particles and Nitrogen.
Being a chemical fluid, it requires specific materials and construction features.

Starting from the iconic PIUSI SUZZARABLUE PUMP AC and PIUSI SUZZARABLUE PUMP DC: diaphragm pumps equipped with electric motor without any dynamic seals. They allow to obtain a reliable industrial pump together with self priming capabilities.
Focusing on submersible application, PIUSI has developed SQUALO35: the first submersible pump for AdBlue® to have been especially developed and tested for distribution systems.
Focusing on a completely different pumps, we can find PIUSI MP130 / MP140 / MP180 / MP190: a complete range of pneumatic diaphragm pumps, self-priming with an interchangeable in/out and a built-in diffuser. They can run dry without damage.
