PIUSI E200 was created for exactly this. It is a self-priming, rotary vane positive displacement diesel transfer pump, offering a high flow rate, continuous duty operation and a small footprint. With a flow rate of up to 200 l/min, E200 significantly reduces transfer times, especially with large volumes or frequent refuelling.

Its compact dimensions and removable feet make it easy to integrate into different system configurations, while the 1-1/2" BSPP inlet and outlet connections make hook-up quick and simple.

Designed for continuous duty

E200 is equipped with a 2 kW self-ventilated asynchronous induction electric motor, powered by single-phase 230/240V – 50 Hz. Designed and tested for continuous duty, it handles even prolonged or frequent transfer sessions without interruption.

The materials, too, have been carefully selected to ensure reliability and long service life, even in the most demanding working environments. The cast iron body with anti-corrosion treatment ensures strength and resistance, while the sintered steel rotor and technopolymer vanes help maintain consistent performance even under intensive use.

The integrated bypass valve, set at 3 bar, comes into operation when the delivery circuit is closed, helping to protect the pump. The system is completed by IP55 protection rating and motor thermal protection, designed to ensure greater safety during use. E200 is also supplied with an On/Off switch and power cable (plug not included), for quicker and easier commissioning.
