QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY POLICY Annex MQAS - 04

PIUSI has been operating in the fluid handling market on a global scale since 1953 and is committed to supplying advanced, high-quality, easy-to-use technological solutions to customers for transferring and metering fuels, lubricants and industrial liquids. The corporate mission has been set out by the Senior Management as follows:

To achieve total customer satisfaction for the supplied products and services, also developed in close cooperation with customers, in terms of quality and delivery times.
To be recognised by the market as a leader and product innovator capable of satisfying market needs by attentively and constantly listening to requests.
To drive the constant increase in market share.
To continually invest in research and development, new technologies and human resources.
To strive for maximum efficiency and efficacy of individual business processes.
To ensure reactivity and speed in designing and implementing new products according to the defined requirements.
To seek continual product improvement in terms of performance, safety, reliability, supplied services, internal processes, control and the occupational health and safety systems.
To constantly monitor performance and quality indicators to identify actions for ongoing improvement.
To commit to occupational health and safety to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses in compliance with applicable standards and laws.
To commit to environmental protection in compliance with the regulations and laws in force.
To commit to creating and disseminating a common culture at all company levels making safety and environment matters a prerequisite for all actions, striving to know, analyse, minimise risks and eliminate hazards related to each activity.
To commit to preventing all identifiable and monitorable risks, implementing corrective actions and training to achieve the highest possible participation, with particular attention to the involvement of supervisors.
To commit to consultation and participation of workers and union representatives.
To disseminate daily policies aiming at the well-being of all stakeholders in the company and actions to save energy and resources.
To constantly commit to promoting fair interpersonal and professional relationships based on respect and ethics.
To involve suppliers and stakeholders in disseminating the PIUSI values.

To support the daily effort to achieve these goals, PIUSI has set up a quality management system compliant with ISO 9001 (since 1998), an environment management system compliant with ISO 14001 (since 2005) and an occupational health and safety management system compliant with ISO 45001 (since 2020).
