OUR PRODUCTION
We supply the world's leading markets with top-quality, professional and easy to use products and complete solutions for transferring, refilling and measuring lubricants and liquids such as gasoline, diesel, Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), oil, water and grease. PIUSI products have many different uses such as monitoring and transferring fuel at trucking companies, refueling of agricultural vehicles, transferring fuels in construction and mining for heavy duty vehicles.
The products are intuitive and easy to use; are suitable to be installed in a variety of contexts; are all Made entirely in Italy; and all products express the innovation, quality, professionalism and R&D that have always distinguished PIUSI.
In 1953, Franco Varini founded O.M.A.A., giving rise to PIUSI, a fluid handling equipment manufacturer specializing in pumps and transfer systems. In the 1950s, PIUSI participated in international fairs, introducing the PIUSI 1400 and PTO pumps for washing vehicles.
Between 1960 and 1970, PIUSI developed the Jolly gun, a small spray gun paired with a pressure pump for washing, and the E35 Pump, an innovative high-pressure pump for washing.
PIUSI diversified its range by introducing flow meters and nozzles: the SELF Nozzle for fuel transfer, the E44 pump with K22 flow meter, and the SELF MC30 column with a self-priming pump and programmable electronic flow meter MC 30.
PIUSI decided to expand its range with pumps and accessories for lubrication, launching some of the company's iconic and historic products such as the EASY OIL and GREASTER guns and the K400 digital flow meter. For fuel transfer, PIUSI introduced the CUBE dispenser and the mechanical flow meters K33 and K44, evolving its offering.
In the new millennium, PIUSI focused on the DEF range, introducing the industry-leading SUZZARABLUE DEF transfer pump for commercial vehicles and the DELPHIN PRO dispenser for light vehicles. During this period, PIUSI also pionoered its first fuel management systems: SSM, SSM 1.5 SSM 2.0, and its garage control systems teh MCO, MCO 2.0 and MCO GO.

In 2023, PIUSI celebrated its 70th anniversary, marking an important milestone and a generational transition in the company’s management, further solidifying its position as a leader in fluid management solutions.
In 2024, PIUSI celebrates the 15th anniversary of its American subsidiary Piusi USA. And, it expands the FMS range with B.SMART, an app-based, cloud-based, fuel management system, and the PIUSI SUPREME, an innovative Bluetooth app-controlled pump with integrated FMS.
