With a portfolio of 77 operating marine and inland terminals supported by over 50 related businesses in 40 different countries, DP World is one of the greatest players in the world.
It is the largest marine terminal in the Middle East and the flagship facility of DP World’s portfolio. Jebel Ali port is at the crossroads of a region pro-viding market access to over 2 billion people.
The collaboration with PIUSI started in late 2015 when DP World decided to invest in an oil monitoring system to control its three terminals where more than 2k vehicles are serviced every day.
The challenge was the development of a successful integration between PIUSI MCO2.0 and the existing ERP system made through Microsoft Web Service Applications (Microsoft WS).
The official launch of the system has been done in April 2017.
Thanks to this experience PIUSI is now able to provide the same Web Service integration solution to all customers who have the same necessity.
