"We believe that PIUSI's collaboration with universities is an important opportunity for the company and for students. The most positive partnership with Italian universities has naturally led to the same experience in the USA where, since 2009, we have a Florida sales office for product distribution in the North and South American markets. We have collected interesting and innovative ideas for the future. Our company believes in the value of collaboration with universities in support of an ever-advancing Italian R&D" says President Otto Varini.

"We found great interest both by the universities and by students themselves," explains Simone Zanini, coordinator of the i3PIUSI project. "Since I'm completing my studies in Boston, MA, and I feel very attached to the US, we decided to start this competition in Massachusetts. We received more than a hundred applications and we faced the "nice" problem of having to choose only ten. A great challenge that gave us great satisfaction and confidence, and that we are hoping to repeat shortly in Italy."
